Specialty Supplies.com processes and ships orders within the United States only.

Our secure online shopping cart will accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. Sales tax is excluded with the exception of FL,CA, GA, SC, NC, NY, MA, MI, OH, TN and WA, where local sales taxes will be computed.

Changes made to orders prior to shipping are limited to item deletion only. Online orders cannot be added to or combined, so please check your shopping cart selections carefully before submiting order. We cannot cancel any order once it has entered the Shipping process.

Please note: Our online shopping cart can calculate a maximum shipping rate of 49.95. Items such as drawer slides, pantries, hardware and other items that exceed the online cart weight will require additional charges. By checking the Order Terms & Conditions box prior to submitting an order, you acknowlege these terms and authorize Specialty Supplies to collect the appropriate charges upon shipment.

Orders that exceed certain length, weight or durability restrictions may require shipment via common carrier freight (truck). Additional transportation charges may apply and customers will be notified prior to shipment for orders that are transported by means other than UPS.

Shipping Claims

All claims for shortage or damage must be made at time of delivery. Please retain all original packaging if submitting a request for replacement.

Returns Policy:

All returns must be made within 30 days and authorized by Specialty Supplies Inc. Return merchandise must be in the original packaging and in resalable condition. Unauthorized returns will be refused. All returns are subject to a 25% handling charge. 35% for non-stock items.

Special orders of merchandise cannot be cancelled or returned

Image and Finish Disclaimer

Due to the variances in computer monitors, we cannot guarantee with any certainty that the color represented in a product image will match 100%. In addition, normal variances in natural wood products, metals and other finished materials cannot be guaranteed.
